As I take this Tuesday for a much-cherished day for quiet, relaxation and recharging, I hope you will too! My routine today will consist of yoga and meditation, a walk, chick-flick, catch-up with friends and a home cooked-meal for my hubby. What will you do to savor a day off? I hope you will find at least a small bit of time today to do something to calm your nervous system and electrify your energy.
