Small changes make big differences.

Tuesdays with MOJO/What I did today

Some days I get to do some really cool sh#@.  All consuming, but amazing, and today was one of those days. Like co-leading a creativity and innovation workshop at the Fast Company Innovation Festival to help people step out of their comfort zone, let go of self-judgment and fly their creativity flag high.

Collaboration ensued as did some fabulous paintings. Check out this video of me and Balance Integration CEO Tevis Trower leading this 1-hour activity. This is just one of the many things we do to foster human culture in the workplace.

People left feeling super human, like they could go into work the next day and embrace new ideas, fresh thinking, and bring new perspectives to their team.

I’ve been attending the Festival as part of my job at Balance (I’m so lucky), and it consumers and inspires me every year (hence the evening and abbreviated blog this Tuesday).

This morning was spent in an intimate session at Well and Good (a healthy lifestyle content company) talking about trends. Like B12 shots, the power of plants to remove toxins in your indoor environment, and the launch of their retreats program. See how on trend my Montauk Retreat program is?! 😁

Yesterday I got the opportunity to meet the people at Aerofarms. They grow greens indoors. No pesticides, no flooding, in a controlled environment so the crop and taste is consistent. They served us lunch at Dig Inn and it was divine.

All this to say you can expect some interesting upcoming Tuesdays with MOJO topics.

Now go have a great evening.  Fly your creativity flag high and see how it helps you bring new thinking to all you do!

Creatively yours,

Marjorie, Chief MOJO Maker™
