Tuesdays with MOJO/Holiday Habit Hack Challenge

With Thanksgiving just a week away (!), it’s easy to fall victim to holiday weight gain, stress and family pressure. But you are not a victim! You are full of MOJO and are in control of your own destiny. Do not fret, and instead take on my Holiday Habit Hack challenge.

What is a Holiday Habit Hack? Well, instead of setting large unattainable goals that are destined for failure, choose just one small habit change you will absolutely commit to starting Monday through January 1, and watch it grow and see yourself thrive.

This approach isn’t new, and some may say it’s even boring. BUT, it’s effective. 

Let’s be real: going from fast food addict to vegan or a coach potato to marathon runner overnight are aspirations that will set you up for disappointment.

Whereas a Habit Hack easy peasy. Change doesn’t have to be hard, just start!

For example:

 So right now, choose just one habit you will commit to starting Monday (yes, THIS COMING Monday). 

Regardless of what it is, set yourself up for success but adding reminders within your calendar and surrounding yourself with resources for success. 

Importantly announce what you’re doing to your friends and family, so they can support your decisions. And feel free to share it with me and I will send you gentle reminders to keep you on track.
